What's the catch on cost?

There isn't one. No signup fee, no monthly fee, no paying for leads. We keep 9–15% of a completed booking, depending on its size. Tips are never touched.

When does the money show up?

Weekly, through Stripe, straight to your bank. Every request shows a payout preview before you accept, and every payout is itemized: job total, our cut, your net.

What if they cancel or don't show?

Cancellations and no-shows each have their own status, and the card hold is released or adjusted to match. Anything unresolved goes to our ops team, with your start code and photos on record.

Do I have to take every job?

No. Set your hours, areas and blackout dates, and only take what fits. And you only get requests that match what you've said you do.

What do you check?

Your ID, a background check, business registration and liability insurance, plus trade or childcare licenses where your services need them.
