By accessing or using the Jambr platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Jambr provides an online platform that connects customers seeking services ("Customers") with independent service providers ("Providers"). Jambr acts solely as an intermediary and does not itself provide any services. Jambr is operated by Jambr S.r.l., a company registered in USA.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
All bookings made through the platform are subject to Provider availability and acceptance. Prices displayed are estimates and may vary based on the actual scope of work.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. By making a booking, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the service fee plus any applicable taxes and VAT.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking amount.
Providers using the Jambr platform agree to:
Jambr charges a commission on completed bookings ranging from 9% to 15% depending on the booking amount. Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Jambr is not liable for any damages arising from the services provided by Providers or from any interactions between Customers and Providers. All services are provided by independent Providers, not by Jambr.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including EU consumer protection legislation, Jambr, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable federal or state law. You may have additional rights under the consumer protection laws of your state of residence.
If you have a dispute with a Provider or another user, we encourage you to first contact our support team at support@jambr.net to seek an amicable resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction described in Section 11 below.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami, USA, unless you are a consumer, in which case you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
